Cancellations

Our team at Scent Vibez works quickly to process orders, so cancellation requests are time-sensitive and not guaranteed. If you’d like to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at info@scentvibez.com with your order number and reason for the cancellation.

If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be processed as a return.

Returns

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange, refund, or replacement under the following conditions:

Request Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Direct Purchases Only: Returns are only accepted for purchases made on our website, www.scentvibez.com.

 

Please note that return shipping fees are not covered by Scent Vibez.

  2. The items you wish to return
  3. Reason for return

Return Address: Our customer support team will confirm the return address based on your location.

For international returns, please ensure tracking details are shared with us once the item is dispatched.

Product Condition: We do not accept returns or replacements for products with damaged packaging, missing parts, or significant product usage.

Gift With Purchase: To receive a full refund, please include any gift items received with your purchase; otherwise, the gift’s value will be deducted from your refund.

Once received, returned items will be inspected, and eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
